Barcelona is considered to be one of the most accessible cities in Europe. Its streets are adapted, buses are 100% accessible, the underground is 80% accessible, if you want to see a list of accessible subway stops click here, Tram 100% accesible, and adapted taxis are available as well as adapted transportation for special services related to ISAAC 2010.
The CCIB premises, where the Conference will be held, are completely accessible and the conference events will all take place on the same floor.
From July 19th on, Conference volunteers will be available to assist delegates who use AAC, from the moment of their arrival in Barcelona (at the airport or at the train station, as long as they require this service and inform us of their arrival times), throughout the Conference and during scheduled social events.
During the Conference, a break/common and health care room staffed by health personnel will be available. There will also be an ambulance on call during the Conference for any health-related emergencies.
An accessible shopping centre with plenty of restaurants is located in the area surrounding the CCIB.

Once you get to the page, click on “Where to sleep” on the left-side menu.
You will find the “reserva online” search area offering different types of accommodation(hotel, hostel, apartments, youth hostel, etc.). Click on the accessibility icon and you will be able to see all the accessible lodging available.
