Call for Papers
Poster instructions
- You will be responsible for mounting your poster on the assigned poster board in the session
rooms (EXHIBITION AREA ROOMs 111-112) 15 min. prior to the start of the session.
- Poster boards with a maximum height of 110 cm and a width of 90cm
Suggestions
- Use of simple block letters and numbers are recommended.
- Recommended font type: Arial or Verdana.
- Use of italics letter is not recommended.
- Font side should be 2.8 cm.
- We recommend the use of capital letters only for tittles and short words.
- Please note that long sentences and shorts sentences may produce eye fatigue.
- Text must be adjusted to the left in the order indicate the beginning of the line.
- Do not place images in between columns type text and columns must be clearly, defined and separated.
- Paragraph s should be shorts and concise.
- We recommend to use contrast between black ground and font colour, for example matt finish paper in white in yellow with dark font colours like black, dark blue or dark red.
- Please avoid to use pictures as your poster background.
- Pictures/Photographs must be simple and with little detail; Place them on the right site and do not place in between text.
- The text must be easier to read if all sentences are written horizontally.
Please do not
- mount abstracts on heavy board, thus avoiding hanging problems.
- use projection equipment (projectors are not supplied).
- write or paint on the poster board as background for your poster (someone will be using the poster board after you).

Poster 1 to 60
From July 26th at 9.00 am to July 27th at 12.00 noon.
Set up on Monday, July 26th. at 9.00 am.
Session number 2(S2)
Poster 61 to 120
From July 27th at 12.00 noon to July 28th at 8.00 pm.
Set up on Tuesday, July 27th at 12.00 noon.
Session number 3(S3)
Poster 121 to 161
July 29th from 9.00 am to 5.30pm
Set up on Thursday, July 29th at 9.00 am
