Price of the booth

Space for 3x2 m = 6 sq.m booth

Commercial 1.700 € + 16% VAT
Non-Profit 500 € + 16% VAT

ISAAC Corporate members get 20% reduction in exhibit costs at ISAAC Biennial conferences.

ISAAC Institutional members get 15% reduction in exhibit costs at ISAAC Biennial conferences.

The price includes:

  • Space rental.
  • Inclusion of the name of exhibiting company in the Final Program.
  • Exhibitor passes (4) that allows access to sessions, coffee- breaks and Welcome Reception.

Any other possible costs arising from modular booths, electricity, furniture, etc. will be billed separately to the exhibiting company.

Payment terms

  • 50% of the total amount as a confirmation of the reservation.
  • 50% remaining will be paid before April 25, 2010.

If the exhibiting company does not observe these terms, the Organizers may cancel the
reserved space and rent it to another exhibiting company without being obliged to reimburse the deposit paid.

Cancellation policy

From the organizers

The Organizers may modify or cancel the exhibition if unforseen circumstances happen. In the event of a cancellation, the Organizers will reimburse the exhibiting company.

From the exhibiting company

In the event that the exhibiting company cancels its participation in the Conference, the
exhibiting company must notify the Organizers in writing.

Reimbursement for cancellations

For cancellations before March 25, 2010 - 50% of the total amount.
For cancellations after March 25, 2010 - No reimbursement will be made.
