Registration Fees

(1) Proof of student status (letter, transcript, or proof of registration) is required. Please fax to Conference Technical Secretary: +34 93 510 10 09
(2) People interested in AAC who are no longer working.
(3) As recognized by the World Bank Least Developed Countries, the Landlocked Developing Countries, the Small Island Developing States
(4) People Who Use AAC

INCLUSIONS
-Main Conference full registration includes: Admission to all sessions, poster hall, exhibition, welcome reception, president’s reception, conference bag, coffee breaks and proceedings CD-ROM.
-Preconference Workshop registration includes: Admission to workshop(s) and coffee breaks.
-Research Symposium registration includes: Admission to symposium and coffee breaks.

Hostels

* Hostels accessible rooms available.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations must be sent to Viajes Iberia Congresos in writing.

Registration:

• For cancellations received before May 15, 2010 we will refund the total amount less 30 € as handling fee.
• For cancellations received after May 15, 2010 no refunds will be made.

Accommodation:

• For cancellations received before March 24, 2010 the total amount will be refunded less 10 € as handling fee.
• For cancellations received between March 25, 2010 and June 14, 2010, the first night room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• For cancellations received after June 15, 2010 or no shows, no refunds will be made.
