Cancellation Policies

Cancellations must be sent to Viajes Iberia Congresos in writing.

Registration:

  • For cancellations received before May 15, 2010 we will refund the total amount less 30 € as handling fee.
  • For cancellations received after May 15, 2010 no refunds will be made.

Accommodation:

  • For cancellations received before March 24, 2010 the total amount will be refunded less 10 € as handling fee.
  • For cancellations received between March 25, 2010 and June 14, 2010, the first night room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • For cancellations received after June 15, 2010 or no shows, no refunds will be made.
